With the expertise provided by Touch Print we have built up a combination of Sympodiums, Smartboards and Plasma Screens which are widely used by all involved in Medical Education within the Trust.
We have found both the pre-order and after service care provided by Touch Print efficient, prompt and friendly. Over the years we have developed an invaluable working relationship with the organisation and in particular Steve Begnett. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Steve and he goes to great lengths to find the best solution to a problem. He has run several training sessions for staff which are popular and extremely well evaluated.
We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Touch Print and would not hesitate to recommend them to other organisations.

We recently had a SMART Board installed by Touch Print and I would like to commend the honest and informative advice we received which helped us to choose the product which was most suitable for our needs.
The service was exceptional, very friendly and impressively it did not end once the sale had been made. I felt completely at ease, even though I am not a technical expert I felt able to ask any questions I needed to and I received clear explanations and instructions in 'plain English'.
The installation was efficient, neat and tidy. In addition we took advantage of the training which was available through Touch Print and received a taylor made package which inspired and motivated staff. In short this has been a very positive experience with excellent service every step of the way.

Feedback on SMARTboards
We at the UNITED KINGDOM HYDROGRAPHIC OFFICE (UKHO), have been using the smart boards supplied by Touch Print for the past two years and feel that it would be useful to report how we feel about the products.
Our initial investigations, prior to the purchase of the boards lead us to believe that they would be a useful addition to our training environment. This was fully supported by the initial demonstration made by Steve Begnett to our senior management. The demonstration was very professional and comprehensive and resulted in the purchase of the boards.
The boards are used regularly and have performed well, and have proven to be a real asset to our Technical Training Team.
Finally, we have been very pleased with the backup supplied by Steve Begnett, which has included sending update discs for the smart software and a follow up training course for our new training staff.
